Return & Refund Policy

Pre-launch notice. Indra Skin is not yet publicly launched. This policy applies to pre-launch orders and is subject to change as we refine our product and operations.
1. Our Return Philosophy
We want you to feel confident about your Indra Skin purchase. Because our products are applied topically and come into direct contact with skin, we take returns and customer satisfaction seriously — consistent with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for direct-to-consumer (DTC) skincare brands.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to reach out before leaving a negative review. Most concerns can be resolved quickly.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product was purchased directly from Indra Skin or an authorized retailer
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product is in its original, sealed packaging — opened or used products may not be returned unless they are defective
- You have your order confirmation or receipt
Damaged or defective products. If your product arrived damaged, leaked, or is otherwise defective, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery). We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, upon receipt of the returned item or photographic evidence at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken
- Products that have been customized or personalized at your request
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized retailers (please contact the original seller)
- Products purchased during final-sale or clearance promotions (clearly marked at time of purchase)
If you have a specific concern about a product quality issue — such as an unexpected reaction — please contact us. Adverse skin reactions are taken seriously and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not return products without first receiving a return authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Refunds
Full refunds are available for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Partial refunds may apply in situations where:
- The product was returned in a used or altered condition (not defective)
- The return was initiated outside the 30-day window but within 45 days of delivery
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be applied to your original payment method.
6. Exchanges
We replace products that arrive damaged or defective at no additional cost. To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will ship the replacement once the exchange request is approved.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of being notified of approval, please check with your bank or card issuer first — financial institutions sometimes have processing delays. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us.
8. FTC Compliance
Indra Skin complies with FTC guidelines for DTC skincare brands, including requirements around substantiated advertising claims, clear disclosure of material connections (e.g., paid sponsorships), and truthful representation of product performance.
Testimonials, reviews, or endorsements featured on our site reflect the genuine experiences of actual customers and are clearly disclosed in accordance with 16 CFR Part 255. Individual results may vary.
If you have a concern about an advertisement, claim, or promotional material you have seen from Indra Skin, you may file a complaint with the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
9. Changes to This Policy
Indra Skin reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective” date. Your continued use of our products and services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
